Ad4Ventures is the venture capital arm of Mediaset Group (leading free to air television broadcaster in Spain and Italy), focused on television media for equity deals. Ad4ventures has become the largest media for equity player in Southern Europe.

What is it?

Cornerjob is a blue-collar recruitment app that facilitate a seamless solution for job recruitment. The startup acknowledged that offline incumbent player’s solutions are tedious and time consuming, the founders decided to disrupt the market with an agile, simple, interactive and geo-located solution for both recruiters and candidates (experience for the latter are 100% mobile).

Cornerjobs empowers recruiters and candidates in Italy, France, Spain and México.

Why?

· Hot sector: there was no digital blue collar recruitment solution to solve a clearly identified problem, in a sector of a material market size

· Partners: The startup has attracted capital from international and national top VC: Bonsai, Samaipata Ventures, E.ventures or Northzone and media for equity funds in all targeted markets (M5 Ventures, TF1 Media Group and RTL in France, Ad4Ventures and MDV in Spain, Ad4ventures in Italy and Azteca in Mexico).

· TV Fit: race with the other relevant player to become market leader in the targeted markets while achieving high liquidity in both sides of the marketplace and trust.
